Provider wording
PG SOFT says that when all symbols on the reels are involved in a win, the win will be multiplied by 10×. This wording is more specific than “a feature spin gets 10×.” Read the active game help to see exactly how the condition is defined and how the base win is calculated.
A multiplier scales an eligible result; it does not make the feature trigger more often or raise the chance of a winning spin. The game sheet lists the 2,500× maximum separately. The 10× feature and maximum win are distinct values and must not be advertised as though every feature could return 2,500 times the wager.
Multiplier versus odds
Check whether the multiplier applies to one line, the full round or a rule-defined total. Also confirm whether the result is gross or net and whether the original stake is included. Operator interfaces may use shorthand; if the meaning is not clear from the rules, ask support before wagering.
Do not chase the multiplier after losing spins. A trigger may occur randomly, but a displayed feature is not a promise of profit. Set a limit in advance and stop at the limit.
