Start with the company name behind the consumer brand, its registered address, terms and privacy notice. A brand may operate through more than one entity. Record the entity and licence or certificate number shown in the footer or account terms; then compare those details with official regulator information.
Confirm that authorization applies to your current location and to online casino or slot activity, not merely sports betting. The FCT-LRO publishes information for the Federal Capital Territory. The FSGRN member-state list is another official reference, but membership alone is not proof that a specific operator holds a valid certificate.
Check jurisdiction and product
Check expiry date, covered categories, complaint process and any restrictions. Save the regulator page and operator terms date. If information is absent or contradictory, ask the operator for written clarification and verify it with the regulator before sharing identity or payment details.
